From the article below, Linda Buzzell proposed that “The results of this disconnection from nature and nature’s pace show up in therapists’ and doctors’ offices every day. Living under unnatural time pressures causes a myriad of psychological, social and physical ailments. Delinked from the natural rhythms of our bodies and the rest of the planet, we struggle with diminishing success to adapt to the strange mechanical and disembodied world we have created.”
And within the article, Linda Buzzell provided a few ways to solve the pressure by Reconnect with place, Reconnect with companion and wild animals, Reconnect with plants, Reconnect with the cycles of human life, Reconnect with our wild bodies and Spend more time outdoors in wild nature.
The current condition is the circumstances of society force people living in fast-paced; people are under high pressure from works and study. This issue causes people living in depression and missing lovely moments of live. This is a problem we really need to pay attention on, to increase our living quality. Try to make life more romantic, enjoy life and taste life like the artists do. Change people’s attitudes of living; take actions to improve the living quality. People’s attitude and the whole society conditions are the most important factors that contribute to the problem. Since the circumstances of society are hard to change, we can only change our attitudes to face the problem and take actions to improve the situation.
A better way to deal with this problem is changing from the bottom. Change our lifestyle, slow down and make our life more romantic. A little romantic can make a big difference to our life.
